Choice… a decision you make to move toward optimal health.
Way of life… a lifestyle you design to achieve your highest potential for well-being.
Process… a developing awareness that there is no end point and health and happiness are possible in each moment, here and now.

USANA Associate, specialising in Wellness
Growing up on a farm, much of my childhood was spent looking at the clouds as they changed their shape, and wondering what lies beyond the clouds and around the next corner.
The world is so full of possibilities to expand our thinking, start dreaming, and to develop our potential.
A major part of going towards our potential is to to be ready to step out of our comfort zones.
My background in coaching is available and incorporated into my USANA business.
I am really passionate about working with people with the 8 Pillars of Health and Wellness and USANA Health Sciences.
Why I took a wellness approach
My background is nursing, and 35 years ago I started my wellness journey for my own health and for the health of my family. Being part of the health system highlighted how often people returned when lifestyle changes could have made a difference. This took me into complementary healing modalities, including Healing Touch, USANA Health Sciences, Wellness Inventory Coaching.
Twenty one years ago, I joined an organisation, USANA Health Sciences, initially as a support for my own health and then for the financial wellness. USANA is a values based company, producing high quality nutritional supplements, skincare and weight management products. Being part of USANA also gives a sense of belonging and an opportunity to give service to others and support The USANA True Health Foundation.
My wellness journey led me to knowing I could make a difference, taking small steps for big results.
