Am now on day 5 of USANAs RESET programme. Looking forward to weigh-in in the morning. Found yesterday a little challenging as went out for lunch anticipating to buy a smoothie. The café didn't make them and settled for a salad with no protein. The rest of the afternoon I observed myself snacking on raw vegetables and fruit. Thank goodness I saw the pattern of no protein so had an egg. I have done several of these RESETs over the last few years and this year I have been more aware of my eating patterns.
