First and second days of USANA’s RESET programme
First weigh in before getting started was a surprise. I thought I was starting at my base weight to find 3 kgs had crept on over the last few weeks. Felt a bit on the back foot then turned it around and saw it as my goal motivator.
Started days one and two with a glass of warm lemon juice and USANAs REV3 to kick start my system. Small amount of exercise on my lymphatic rebounder and a small walk. Time for my first balanced Chocolate Nutrimeal. The next few hours were fine with the addition of a few nuts, another shake at lunchtime, apple and a hardboiled egg for afternoon tea. Another USANA shake for dinner. Must admit I was pleased to end the day and a great feeling that one day was ticked off. Day 2 is still in progress. No great hunger spikes and very conscious how I’m behaving around food. My go to comfort drink of tea with milk is off the agenda. Green tea and a few herbals are at the top of warm drinks.
Day three is often where the body switches and can be a bit of a grumpy day. I’m preparing myself mentally as have a few café meetings set up for the week.
