In preparation for USANA's RESET
Every time I decide to do the RESET, the hardest part is the preparation. Every breakfast, every snack, every lunch and dinner feel like the last my meal.
I’m checking out the pantry to make sure there are enough healthy Low Glycaemic snacks available. I keep in mind apples, nuts, celery, lemons, some salad greens, green tea and Rev 3, USANAs energy drink. My RESET package arrived via courier a few days ago. This time round I also have my Fitbit to make sure I do at least 20 to 30 mins moderate exercise very day. Calories are down for the first 5 days, so it isn’t sensible to do excessive exercise. In the Transform phase I can step it up.
Well it’s Friday night and I’m mentally and emotionally prepared! Tomorrow I shall measure and weight in on my own bathroom scales.
